Hillside Consulting Engineers Limited Staff has been involved
in the design of hundreds of bridges. Since 1995, we have been involved
with the design and repair of more than one hundred bridges. These structures have
included such elements as:
- Straight, curved and spiral geometry
- Highway, rail and pedestrian loadings
- Concrete, steel and timber materials
- Water crossings and grade separations
Many of our projects have included unique considerations
such as:
- Environmental considerations
- Aesthetics
- Scour analysis
- Flood and ice flow loads
- Temporary traffic provisions
We work closely with our clients to establish and understand
the project goals. These goals may be as basic as providing
a standard roadway bridge, or as complicated as developing
plans and specifications for a bridge in an environmentally
sensitive area.
