Peter
Wedge (M.Sc.E., P.Eng.) is Hillside’s Hydraulic Engineer.
He specializes in hydraulics and hydrology associated with culvert
design, subdivision design, stormwater modelling, seawall (revetment)
design and the analysis of bridge structures.
Peter is also experienced in various environmental permitting,
including Watercourse and Wetland Alteration (WAWA) and Navigable
Waters Protection Act (NWPA). Recent projects include:
- stormwater and culvert
design for the City of Fredericton;
- culvert relining for
the City of Fredericton;
- stormwater attenuation
pond design for private developments; and
- coastal protection
design and large culvert (3m+) design for NBDoT
Peter has also taught the laboratory component of Open Channel
Hydraulics (CE 5702) and Hydrology (CE 5742) at the University of New
Brunswick.
