Lindon Miller (P.Eng) is Hillside’s Senior Hydraulic Engineer and specializes in hydrology, hydraulics and environmental issues associated with the design of culvert and conventional bridge structures. Recent projects include the design of large culvert replacements for CFB Gagetown, the design of steel culvert rehabilitation projects for the NBDOT Design Branch, and the design of pier scour repairs for NB Department Transportation and NB Department of Natural Resources bridges. Recently, Mr Miller has developed two HADD Compensation projects necessary under Section 35 of the Fisheries Act for the NBDOT for highway work at Rte 1 – St. Stephen and for the Rte 8 Marysville Bypass. Mr Miller has also been involved in the provincial registrations of various Projects under the Environmental Impact Assessment in New Brunswick process. In some cases, Registrations involved public meetings. Mr Miller has familiarity with river ice within New Brunswick due to managing a river ice data collection program with the NB Department of Transportation for 14 years.
